Refund Policy

Chaoschemy offers optional one-time workshop support contributions. Contributions are not required to access or play the free browser games.

Requesting a refund

Because each contribution is processed by Paddle, refund requests are handled through Paddle’s customer support and the receipt or transaction details provided after checkout. Include the transaction reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

Eligibility and timing

Refund decisions follow Paddle’s applicable buyer terms, payment rules and fraud controls. If a contribution was duplicated or charged in error, submit the request as soon as possible so Paddle can review it.

After a refund

A completed refund is returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and the buyer’s bank.
